- Scan Copy of Bio pages of Current Passport (including old passports)
- Scan copy of Previous Thailand and other Visa pages.
- Scan copy of Recent Photo (Size- 3.5 cm X H- 4.5 cm: White Background)
- Original Bank Statement (At least for 6 months with minimum balance of 1 lac BDT for a single applicant and 1.5 lac BDT for family)
- Original Bank Certificate / Solvency Certificate.
- Visiting Card.
- Scan copy of Utility Bill/Proof of Present Address.
- Trade License Copy with Renewal Pages (for Business Person) (Notary Needed if it is in Bangla)
- Company Letterhead/Pad (2 pcs) - (for Business Person)
- NOC/Leave Letter and Salary Certificate form Employer (for Service Person)
- Student ID Card/ Pay Slip of Tuition Fee (If Children Accompanying with Guest).
- Extra: GD copy with Notary (English Translated) if Passport or any other documents are lost.
- Air Ticket Copy.
- Hotel Booking Copy.

Yes. You can save your online visa application wherever you see the "Save & Exit" icon. To login again and complete your application, you will require your unique "Visa Application Id". This number will have been sent to the email address that you supplied in your application security details.
Throughout the online form we have added "More Info" icons to some questions that might require further guidance.
If you didn't submit your application finally you can do the change. After submitting the application you can't change it.
All date fields in our forms are set up in the following format: dd/mm/yyyy (for example 21/08/2011).
