- Original Passport valid for not less than Nine (9) months after sojourn in the Philippines.
- NID card Scan copy
- Two copies of 2"x2" recent photographs (white background & without glasses)
- Travel History (At least travel two countries. eg. Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand etc.)
- Acceptable proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
- Proof of Financial capability e.g. Bank solvency.
- Bank Statement of 6 Months transections, minimum balance must be Tk. 2,00,000.
- TIN Certificate (English)
- a) For Businessmen: Trade License (English translate with notarized)
- b) For Employees: NOC letter & Office ID
- c) For Student: Letter from school/University, ID card.
- NOTE: Fresh passport will not be accepted

If you didn't submit your application finally you can do the change. After submitting the application you can't change it.
