- Previous Indian Visa copy (If Any)
- 2 copies of 2X2 inch Size Photograph with White Background
- Bank Solvency: Applicants must provide 150 US dollars per person in foreign currency Endorse or international credit card or copy of bank statement, up to 20000 rupees per person.
- Latest Utility Bill Copy (Gas/Electricity/Water)
- NOC on Company's Letterhead (for Service Holder)
- Visiting Card/ Employee ID Card copy of both side (for Service Holder)
- Trade License (for Business Person)
- Student ID card copy (both side) and Birth Certificate copy (for Student)
- Bank Statement of Last Six Months/ Dollar Endorsement Certificate (at least $200)
- Previous SAARC visited country's name and year of visit - if any
- Previous NON-SAARC visited country's name - if any
- Medical Invitation Letter from India with a specific date

If you didn't submit your application finally you can do the change. After submitting the application you can't change it.
